I had 2 groups of young men show up. One group consisted of Justin Griffin, Zack Woodhead and Hunter Smith. Both groups called to tell me they were coming and what time they would arrive. I had Chris come over to flush out my hot water heater tank but instead I got a new hot heater tank. Chris showed me where My Pipe on my old tank was . He informed me of the potential threat that was showing on the side of my Old tank where it was darker than the rest of the area. We have a vacation cabin in Parrottsville and Wednesday morning, the guests had no hot water. We contacted Tommie’s Plumbing and they came out the next day. It was determined we needed a new water heater…they had one right on the truck so Chris fixed the problem immediately. We loved the fact that the hot water heater was made in America! We also purchased a maintenance agreement so the hot water heater will be maintenances yearly so it will last longer. We went from panicked over our guests not having hot water to the problem being fixed almost immediately. Addendum: what I thought was a small job that just requires a clean out turned into a much, much bigger project. None of our down spouts emptied properly, 1 emptied under the concrete pad into the dirt and another emptied under the asphalt driveway. Robert and crew worked long and hard to identify the downspout drains, cut up and remove the concrete and then run pipes over 800 ft to get the water to drain away from the house. They were thoughtful, considerate and very very hard working over long hours and miserable conditions. Very pleased we chose Tommie's. I don't think anyone else could have done what they did

We had TWO great visits from Ben. He got the repair right the first time but a second issue arose in a nearby drain branch. He was able to address that through the same drywall hole he made previously — I hadn’t yet patched it, so that was lucky. The job gave him a little trouble but he stayed until it was all done — he really earned his price quite that day! It’s been a month since the repair and all is well. Time to patch the drywall and hopefully never look at the drain plumbing again.

Discovered a water leak out by the gate fence post nearest to the road. Called Tommies and Mark showed up and said let’s get to it. No delays just solid performance. Found the leak! Looked like someone had scabbed my PEX water line with three shark bites after they broke the line putting my fence post back it. I recently had emergency hip surgery last Friday, and Chris went above and beyond by helping me up the steps so we could talk through the repairs.

I had to call out for another service from Tommies plumbing after my yard hydrant was damaged. Robert and Tyler came out in the dark to assess and repair only to discover the pipe several feet down wasn't accessible and they were going to have to come back with equipment in the morning. Robert was so empathetic when he gave me the bad news...made it sting less. Super nice guys. New hydrant working great and they even covered all the mud with straw. Im not sure about pricing. I don't have anything to compare it to but it certainly wasn't cheap.

Michael Hardin was my tech. Not only did he do an OUTSTANDING job, he's very fast. For my kitchen remodel, I had new everything (sink, disposal, faucet, dishwasher, etc.), and he had everything installed and connected in about 3 hours. That also included replacing the cold water line, shut off valves, air gap for the dishwasher to bring it to code, and draining the water heater for maintenance. The workmanship was stellar. Very clean and neat. Great personality too. The negatives are the attempts to upsell and get you on their maintenance plan. The price was also on the higher end of the "reasonable" range, but the quality of the workmanship and fast service was worth it for me.

We hired these guys to come out and replace some 70+ year old plumbing. The young men, Ben and Clayton got the job done! It’s always stressful to have a mess around the house. When they were done, no mess was left behind. The drains are draining so fast now. Both men were super helpful and super friendly.
